  • We are not liable for clinical outcomes, patient results, or misuse of the equipment.
  • Manufacturer warranties, recalls, or official support are not applicable unless specified in writing.
  • We do not assume responsibility for any downtime, revenue loss, or damages caused by equipment malfunction or improper use.

9. Spare Parts & Compatibility

  • Parts used for repairs may be OEM, compatible, or refurbished depending on availability.
  • Manufacturer support for older or discontinued machines cannot be guaranteed.

Clients are responsible for ensuring:

  • Proper DHA/MOH/DOH compliance
  • Local licensing for laser treatment operation
  • Appropriate safety protocols in their facility
